Greenside Design Center prides itself on its numerous international credentials and holds annual portfolio reviews (exams) that are moderated by local design educators and verified by international designers and design educators. These reviews are performed across our graphic, interior and multimedia design courses.
By having our students’ work verified through this rigorous process, we ensure it is benchmarked against the highest international credentials and standards from the very first year of study. Honours students in our graphic design, interior design and multimedia design courses have the opportunity to present their work and get direct feedback from moderators from around the world. To date, GDC’s verifiers have come from numerous countries, most recently Denmark, Belgium, Australia, Israel and the U.S. We are also privileged to have moderators from prestigious institutions such as the European Council for Interior Architects, Architects Council of Europe, International Council of Graphic Design Associations and Pentagram.
• Greenside Design Center is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (certificate number 2000/HE07/28). • All programmes are registered by the South African Qualifications Framework (SAQA) on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). • All our graphic design, interior design and multimedia design programmes are accredited by the Council on Higher Education.
